Hi, I’m Stuart Collins a British Army veteran with 22 years of service and now based in the UAE, working in the defence sector.
After making the transition myself, I realised how overwhelming and unclear the civilian job market can feel. LinkedIn? CVs? Interviews? It’s a different world. But with the right support, it is manageable and that’s why I started Mission Transition.
This platform is about paving it forward. It’s for anyone who’s worn the uniform and now wants to write the next chapter with purpose, clarity, and support.
